However, the governing limit remains your vehicle's OEM roof load rating. The combined weight of your tent, roof rack, and any additional cargo should not exceed the maximum static and dynamic load ratings specified by your vehicle manufacturer. Please note that exceeding OEM roof load limits is at your own discretion and is not recommended by KC.
